This year’s »The White Ravens« recommendation list features brief annotations of 215 notable new children’s and young adult books. It was selected between books from 63 countries in 49 languages!

They have been selected by the International Youth Library‘s children’s literature experts from the large number of review and donation copies the library received in the course of the past year.

The team focuses on titles that might be of particular interest to an international audience because of their literary and pictorial quality and/or the topics they address or their innovative approaches or design.

Nevena Janković lives in Požega, where she was born on April 15, 1980. A lawyer with a master's degree in legal sciences, she expressed her creativity in professional, scientific texts and, of course, in her everyday work.
